Thursday, 9:00pm. The Car Park Sessions. Amara arrives in person for the first time, with Adaeze in a sling and a white cake box under her arm. The box has a slot cut into the lid.
The car park went quiet when Amara walked in. They had heard her voice on video calls for months. Seeing her in person, with baby Adaeze asleep against her chest, was like meeting a celebrity.
"Good evening, gentlemen," she said, placing the cake box on the bonnet of Jide's car. "For months, you have asked each other how to be better lovers. You have asked doctors, physios, massage teachers and nurses. But you have never asked the most important people." She tapped the box. "Your partners."
"What is in the box?" asked Dapo, nervously.
